Exchange & Return Conditions
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the order, as long as:
The product is unused and in its original condition
It’s returned in the original packaging (including tape, tags, or box)
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Pre-order items or made-to-order products (extra delivery fees may apply)
Products that have been used or damaged
Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
